The Retail Sales Assistant supports the store team by providing excellent customer service, maintaining store presentation, and assisting customers with their purchases. This role is key to ensuring a positive shopping experience and achieving store sales goals.
- Greet customers promptly and courteously, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist customers with product selection, providing detailed information and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register, including cash, card, and returns.
- Restock shelves, replenish merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean and organized.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by arranging displays and signage as directed.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages to the manager.
- Handle customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate supervisor for resolution.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies.
- Follow loss prevention and security procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
