**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients.
- Explain company products/services to customers over the phone.
- Maintain records of calls and customer information in CRM or Excel.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into sales.
- Resolve customer queries and provide information as requested.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team (if applicable).
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English (Regional language is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry).
- Positive attitude and confident telephone etiquette.
- Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers can apply)
- Age: 18 to 35 years preferred

**Working Hours**:

- 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
