**Position Data Entry Operator cum Tally Operator**

**Location: Noida**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, and accounting software (Tally).
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal vouchers etc.
- Generate GST reports, invoices, and maintain ledgers.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and filing of monthly returns.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records/documents.
- Verify and cross-check bills, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Support accounts team in preparing financial reports and documentation.
- Ensure timely and error-free data entry and record maintenance.
- Assist during internal/external audits with required documentation.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate in Commerce/any relevant field.
- Proficiency in **Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime** is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
- Typing speed with accuracy in data entry work.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred (freshers with good Tally knowledge may also apply).
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and GST compliance.

**Remuneration**:Up to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
