**Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Strong background in solid state physics, semiconductor processing and characterization.
- You have a deep understanding of device operation in memory systems including NAND, DRAM, PCM, storage class, and cross-point memories.
- You have the passion to succeed and ability to independently learn innovative memory systems.
- Highly motivated with strong data analytical skills and experience in automating data analysis methods.
- Self-motivated and hardworking to find creative solutions to challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

**Experience in the operation and automation of semiconductor instrumentation including, but not totally limited to**:

- Parameter analyzers, SPA, SMU
- LCR meters
- Network analyzers
- Oscilloscopes
- Pulse & waveform generators
- Wafer probers
- ATE and bench systems

**Knowledgeable in a variety of software tools and operating systems, including but not limited to**:

- Python
- C/C++
- Unix/Linux
- PJMP/JSL

**Minimum Qualifications**:
MS or PhD in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
