JR62570 Intern, TD Yield Technology
- Analyze electrical, parametric and fab data to identify design, process, and test issues.
- Actively developing new automation tools and enhancing existing tools to improve analysis efficiency and accuracy.
- Write recipes to automate toolsets, close defect gaps, and improve efficiency of inspection and review recipes.
- Build recipe quality and update reports for equipment and process teams.
- Solve recipe issues that are identified through quality checks or by process owner.
- Transfer of recipes and techniques from technology development to high volume manufacturing.
- Collaborate with TD team in US, Singapore and Japan to develop new techniques and identify creative and innovative ways to use existing analysis tools in order to identify relevant process issues
- Develop innovative solutions to current issue using Machine Learning
- Support SPC/FDC/RMS/APC
- Support site to site portability
- Manage / audit material suppliers to achieve quality, cost and risk management objectives
- Support internal and external audits
- Reviewing and analyzing experimental process flows looking for defect anomalies and quarantining process tools that are out of control.
