The purpose of this role is to ensure the technical specifications of the product by collaborating with different functions at the stage of product development.

**I. Key Accountabilities - Do (Tasks)**
- Be an integral part at the time of prototype development, Coordinates with functions to assure the appropriate choice of material, technique and equipment needed to achieve a feasible design.
- Collaborate and create tech packs and BOM at the product development stage.
- Support design team in full prototype development, sample process, provide new market sources and pricing strategies.
- Provide inputs in finalizing prototypes in terms of fabric, fiber, embroidery basis the strength, width, shrinkage, colorfastness, etc.
- Coordinate with the production team to drive smooth order processing and maintain quality control of garments.
- Identify any production gap in terms of customer requirements and reflect to achieve maximum quality.
- Analyzes customer reactions and market trends and collaborate with designer to ensure collection’s alignment with customer preferences.
- Analyze sales figures and plan for growth and expansion as per the market changes to optimize sales volume.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
