**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Conversion and Client Management**
- **Client Interaction**: Meet potential clients at their preferred locations or project sites to understand their requirements and preferences.
- **Lead Qualification**: Assess leads' feasibility and potential value to ensure they align with company goals.
- **Proposal Presentation**: Present customized solutions, design concepts, and detailed proposals to clients, addressing queries effectively to secure the project.
- **Follow-up**: Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into confirmed clients.

**Estimation and Documentation**
- **Cost Estimation**: Prepare and deliver detailed project estimates, considering client budgets and project scope.
- **Proposal Documentation**: Draft and share clear, concise proposals and contracts, ensuring all client requirements are captured and agreed upon.
- **Approval Coordination**: Liaise with internal teams to ensure the design and cost approvals are completed promptly.

**Project Coordination**
- **Project Kick-off**: Coordinate project handover from sales to operations, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer.
- **Timeline Management**: Define project timelines and milestones in collaboration with the design, procurement, and execution teams.
- **Client Updates**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and managing expectations.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address client concerns and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues during project execution.

**Stakeholder Collaboration**
- **Internal Coordination**: Work closely with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure project alignment with client requirements.
- **Vendor and Supplier Management**: Engage with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.

**Quality Assurance and Handover**
- **Site Supervision**: Conduct site visits during key project phases to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- **Final Inspection**: Oversee the final project handover to ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and contractual obligations.

**Post-Project Activities**
- **Feedback Collection**: Obtain client feedback to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- **After-Sales Support**: Provide guidance on maintenance and additional services if required.

**Reporting and Analysis**
- **Performance Metrics**: Track and report conversion rates, project progress, and client satisfaction metrics.
- **Market Insights**: Monitor competitor activities (e.g., D’Life, RAK Interiors) to enhance service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
