- **Cold Calling**:

- Make 200-250 cold calls daily to potential clients from provided lists.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to present our services and their benefits.
- **Lead Qualification**:

- Identify potential clients by understanding their needs and challenges.
- Qualify leads based on their interest in website design and SEO services.
- **Script Utilization**:

- Use provided scripts to initiate calls while personalizing conversations as needed.
- Highlight unique selling points to capture the interest of prospects.
- **Follow-Up**:

- Schedule consultations, demos, or meetings for senior sales representatives.
- **Database Management**:

- Update and maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in CRM software.
- Ensure contact details and interactions are logged properly for tracking and reporting.
- **Feedback and Improvement**:

- Provide feedback on common objections and challenges faced during calls.
- Suggest improvements to scripts and strategies for better results.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**:

- Fluent in English and Hindi with a professional and persuasive tone.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Familiarity with MS Office.
- **Understanding of Services**:

- Basic knowledge of website design and SEO concepts is an advantage.
- **Personality Traits**:

- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to empathize with prospects.

**Compensation**:

- Fixed salary: between INR 8,000 to INR 15,000 per month.
- Performance-based incentives: 5% incentives on every conversion
