Bar Assistant

Prepare and serve a variety of drinks including cocktails, mocktails, coffee, shakes, smoothies, etc. Follow recipes and make adjustments as per customer requirements
- Engage in guest interaction in an appropriate manner, create personalized experiences establishing a network of regular guests
- Checking identification to ensure customers ordering alcohol are the legal age, i.e. 21 years
- Delegating required tasks to Commi / Line chefs and train bar assists for prime hour service
- Manage the Billing for all orders - dine-in, takeaway, delivery after Managers shift ends, sending KoTs to kitchen/bar as soon as order is received from guests
- Ensuring drinks meet quality standard and monitor presentation
- Upselling and promoting specials to maximize revenue
- Create new drink recipes with seasonal ingredients
- Inventory check & maintain stock of all preps syrups/ station stock of garnishes/ mixers before prime rush hour / weekend events
- Make flavored syrups/ delegate to commi chefs to stock up syrups as per inventory stock required
- Operating cash registers, processing payment and handling tips accurately
- Co-ordinate all planned events with kitchen, service and management teams
- Follow company policies and procedure regarding handling of cash, property, products and equipment's
- Ensure all employees maintain required food handling and sanitation certifications and practices
- Ensure proper grooming and hygiene standards for all front of house team
- Monitor all bar inventory and prepared daily/ weekly stock reports for management
- Keep a daily check on ingredient/ packaging stock and order supplies as needed from vendors
- Take ownership of guest concerns & requests. Resolve any issues and approve return/ replacement/ additional dessert to ensure guest satisfaction when glitches occur
- Attend administrative and executive meetings as per time scheduled to forecast weekly/ monthly goals and objectives

Ensure that all equipment and tools are in good working order and maintained properly

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
