**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Developed and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies**: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives and tragets.
- **Content Creation and Management**: Develop and maintain engaging digital content for publishing on various digital platform.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analysing engagement metrics.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor** and analyse campaign performance metrics using web analytics tools, and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- **Team Collaboration**:Work with cross functional teams including designers, content creators and sales representatives to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing efforts.

**Essential Skills**:

- **Digital Marketing Expertise**:Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools and techniques.
- **SEO and SEM**: Knowledge of search engine optimization and search engine marketing principles including keyword research and paid advertising.
- **Content Creation**: Excellent writing and content creation skills with the ability to develop engaging digital content.
- **Social Media Management**:Experience managing social media presence and creating engaging content for various platforms.
- **Data Analysis**:Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- **Communication and Collaboration**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.

**Qualification**:

- **Bachelor's Degree**: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field.
- **Experience**:Proven experience in digital marketing with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sadar, Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
