Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in PLC programming and WinCC SCADA & OA systems to support automation projects, system integration, and operational excellence. The SME will provide technical leadership, design input, and troubleshooting expertise across multiple Building automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pan India Technical support to regional technical & sales team on PLC & Scada solution offerings.
- Design, develop, and implement PLC programs (Siemens S7 various PLC, TIA Portal, etc.).
- Configure and maintain WinCC SCADA systems for real-time monitoring and control.
- Lead technical reviews and provide expert guidance on automation architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation including functional design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams and clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to PLC and SCADA systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Support commissioning and site acceptance testing (SAT/FAT).

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Automation, or related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens PLCs and WinCC SCADA systems.
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (Profibus, Profinet, OPC, etc.).
- Experience in HMI development, alarm management, and data logging.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.

- Experience with other SCADA platforms (e.g., Win CC & Win CC OA ).
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0, IIoT, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices in industrial environments.
