**About the Client**

The current role is for managing the GST compliance of clients from varied industries.

**About the Role**

As GST Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be required to be the single point of contact for clients for GST related queries & resolutions.

Internally you will be the reviewer and guide for the tax accounting team for accurately and timely complying with the GST Regulations & Filing.

The role requires good hands on experience in the relevant technology/software & reporting tools to comply with the regulatory requirements efficiently and accurately.

**KRAs**

**GST**
- In-depth knowledge of the below areas:

- Filing of GSTR - 1 / 3B
- Filing of GSTR - 9 / 9C
- Analysis of 2A & 2B
- E-Invoicing
- GST Reconciliation
- GST Audit
- Hands on experience in Departmental submissions
- Appearing before tax authorities in respect of any GST, return filings, refund filings, etc.
- Prepare month end reports for tax liabilities, payment thereof and GST credit mismatch
- Provide Training & Guidance to the team on GST processing and Compliance
- Resolve Client queries & advise the client on compliance and documentation.
- Overall independent handling of GST function across the client base.

**General Accounting**
- Finalisation & MIS for Tax Audit Clients
- Client / CA / IT Department submissions & co-ordination
- Return filing
- Team handling

**Required**:

- 3-4 years of independently handling GST Compliance as part of Chartered Accountancy / Tax Accountancy firm
- Well versed with Tally / Tally ERP
- Excellent knowledge of the GST / IT Rules & Regulations
- Stays updated on the latest amendments and procedural changes
- Good at planning the work schedules/deadlines ahead and executing monitoring schedules
- Ability to work in a collaborative work environment with quick turnaround time
- Independently handle and delivery client priorities.

**Preferable**:

- CA Intermediate
- Currently working in Accountancy firms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Thane, Thane - 400607, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- GST: 3 years (preferred)
