**Accounts Incharge**
**Gender**: Male or Female
**Location**: Maradu, Kochi
**Salary**: Upto ₹20,000 + ESI & PF + Incentives

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounting & Bookkeeping**:

- Handle daily accounting tasks, including posting entries, maintaining ledgers, and generating financial reports.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and ensure the proper management of cash flows.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely payments and collections.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support management in preparing financial projections and budget reports.
- Monitor variances and provide analysis to identify any discrepancies.
- **Taxation & Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to GST and other tax-related regulations.
- File GST returns, manage TDS, and ensure timely submission of tax filings.
- **Incentive & Payroll Management**:

- Calculate and distribute monthly incentives as per company policies.
- Manage employee payroll, including PF and ESI contributions.
- **Inventory and Cost Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team for stock management.
- Assist in managing costs and tracking expenses related to operations.
- **Audit and Internal Controls**:

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Coordinate with auditors during external audits and provide necessary documentation.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: B.Com or higher qualification in a related field.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the automobile industry, with strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting software.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
