Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred). Experience in airline ticketing, travel agencies, or a similar role. Proficiency in using GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, ticketing procedures, and refund policies. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with visa and travel document requirements is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications**: Certification in GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
