**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Web Design and Development**:

- Design and develop responsive, interactive, and user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and JQuery.
- Implement designs using Material UI components to create clean, efficient, and visually appealing interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements and design concepts into functional websites.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to demonstrate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Ensure that websites are optimized for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Stay updated on the latest web design trends, UI/UX best practices, and web technologies.

**User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX)**:

- Focus on creating exceptional user experiences by implementing UX design principles, ensuring that interfaces are intuitive and meet the needs of users.
- Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and iterate on design elements to improve user satisfaction and conversion rates.
- Utilize design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for prototyping, wireframing, and high-fidelity design.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Proven 1Year experience as a Web Designer, Front-End Developer, or Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and graphic design projects.
- Strong proficiency in web technologies including **HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, JQuery**, and **Material UI**.
- Experience implementing modern design frameworks and responsive web design.
- Deep understanding of **UI/UX principles** and a user-centered design approach.
- Familiarity with design tools such as **Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator,** and **InDesign**.
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and SEO best practices.
- Experience in collaborating with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs and functionality.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and creative thinking.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with animation and motion graphics for web interfaces.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) is a plus, such as WordPress, Webflow or Shopify.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

**Working Conditions**:

- Work from office
- Location Preference
- Tricity

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
