**Responsibilities**:

- **Create Designs**: Develop visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for print and digital media (social media posts, brochures, banners, advertisements, and presentations).
- **Mockup Creation**: Develop high-quality mockups and prototypes using UI tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to visualize concepts and designs effectively.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and deliver on-brand creatives.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- **Conceptualization**: Brainstorm and present creative ideas, concepts, and mock-ups for projects.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- **Feedback Integration**: Revise designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field.
- **Education**: A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline is preferred.
- **Software Proficiency**: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and other design tools.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative and artistic abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication to present and discuss ideas effectively.
- **Portfolio**: A portfolio showcasing a variety of design work and creative projects.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in motion graphics or video editing.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Familiarity with photography or basic 3D design tools.
- Familiarity with usability and accessibility best practices in UI/UX design.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CSS: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Design: 1 year (preferred)
