JOB DESCRIPTION: ECOMMERCE EXECUTIVE

Location: New Delhi (Work from office))

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to join our fast-growing team, who has extensive knowledge of handling Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and AJIO seller account panels for India. Day to day responsibilities include product listing, marketing, inventory planning, warehouse operations handling, sales projection etc.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Demand planning and inventory ( dispatch, returns, pickup coordination
- Seller Account issues/ Case raise support.
- Day to Day Amazon operations task.
- Pricing inventory, Health Management
- Manage all e commerce operations, including listing management, sales projections, and inventory planning across multiple platforms
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing, fulfillment, and shipping
- Develop and implement processes to optimize warehouse and logistics operations, including inventory management, order tracking, and returns management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, graphics, sales & warehousing to provide critical support needed for day to day operations of the brands handled by the company across all e-Commerce platforms.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk. Use Excel sheets (pivot tables, vlookup) to provide insights and reporting to the managers.
- Place purchase orders with our vendors and ensure all items are on schedule and delivery to our warehouses are swift.
- Continuously assess and improve processes to scale operations and meet business goals.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 0-1 years of experience in ecommerce operations, with a proven track record of success
- Experience with listing management and sales projections on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations, including inventory planning and management
- A passion for e commerce and a deep understanding of the industry.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)
