**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job responsibilities**
- Improve operational stability and availability through participation in problem management
- Monitor production environments for anomalies and address issues utilizing standard observability tools
- Assist in the escalation and communication of issues and solutions to the business and technology stakeholders
- Perform control monitoring and testing related activities
- Manage IAM assigned team processes
- Validate existing IAM processes and conduct control checks to ensure end to end Privileged Access controls.
- Prepare documentation, initiate calls/meetings and manage the lifecycle of the process
- Work with internal partners and report to managers in a global team environment
- Gather operational metrics and update progress in trackers

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
- Exposure to observability and monitoring tools and techniques
- Familiarity with processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
- Solid understanding of access request, access provisioning and access certification processes
- Understanding of information security, key controls and how they impact the business from an operational or systems perspective.
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint and Visio)
- Ability to facilitate meetings among stakeholders with diverse and sometimes conflicting points of view, including strong negotiation skills and developing strong client relationship
- Input and upload response results among various in-house tools

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Knowledge of one or more general purpose programming languages or automation scripting
- Project Management experience including solid knowledge of IAM controls, principles, methods, SOX/SOC1 and regulatory related obligations preferred
- Exposure to IAM BTech background preferred
