Job Title: Tele Caller

Location: Karshma Society Kothrud, Pune

Responsibility:
1)

Outbound Calling:
Initiate outbound calls to individuals who have expressed interest in buying properties.

Introduce the company's real estate offerings and highlight key features and benefits.

Answer inquiries and provide relevant information to potential clients.

2)

Webinar Response Collection:
Contact individuals who attended webinars and collect feedback and responses.

Record and maintain accurate information regarding the level of interest, concerns, and preferences of attendees.

Address any queries or concerns raised during the webinar sessions.

3)

Follow-up Calls:
Conduct follow-up calls to individuals who have participated in webinar sessions but have not yet made a decision.

Nurture leads through regular communication, providing additional information, and addressing concerns.

4)

Lead Qualification:
Qualify leads based on specific criteria to identify potential buyers.

Prioritize and categorize leads to ensure efficient use of time and resources.

5)

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed and organized records of all calls, responses, and follow-up activities.

Generate regular reports on call outcomes, lead status, and conversion rates.

6)

Collaboration with Sales Team:
Coordinate with the sales team to provide them with qualified leads and relevant information.

Communicate effectively with team members to share insights and improve overall strategies.

7)

Adherence to Scripts and Guidelines:
Follow provided scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent communication and messaging.

Adapt scripts as needed to address specific client inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications and Skills:
1.

Proven experience in telemarketing or tele calling, preferably in the real estate sector.

2.

Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.

3.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

4.

Familiarity with real estate terminology and market trends is a plus.

5.

Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

6.

High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.

7.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
