We are seeking a highly skilled Information and Network Security Architect to lead security initiatives for our clients and design and implement cutting-edge security solutions for complex IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain security architecture frameworks to safeguard the organization's information and network systems.
- Design secure network infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and endpoint security.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
- Develop strategies to address security gaps and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Establish and enforce information security policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
- Design and manage incident response plans to address security breaches and minimize downtime.
- Oversee post-incident analysis and drive improvements in security protocols.
- Work closely with IT teams, developers, and business stakeholders to integrate security into system designs and processes.
- Provide guidance and training to teams on security awareness and best practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest security tools, technologies, and methodologies.
- Evaluate and recommend new security products or services to enhance the organization's defenses.
- Lead the tender submission, develop the winning technical strategy and architecture design as well as operating model, authoring the RFP / RFI response by partnering across all support functions, target metric is sales booking.
- Responding to RFP’s / RFI’s / RFQ’s as part of the pre-sales process.
- Create capability presentations/sales pitch for sales team for sales meeting.
- Work closely with the sales and technology teams to create sales pitch, define entry strategy, etc.
- Orchestrate and manage client visits - define the value themes and propositions based on client needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Cybersecurity, Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience:

- A minimum of 8 years and above in information security, network security, or related roles.
- Proven experience designing and implementing security architectures for large organizations.
- Technical Skills:

- Deep understanding of network architecture, protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.), and security technologies.
- Proficiency in designing, configuring and managing firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SIEM solutions, IDAM, NAC, DLP, Load Balancers, Proxy and endpoint protection tools.
- Experience with encryption technologies, PKI, and secure authentication mechanisms.
- Familiarity with cloud security (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.
- Certifications:

- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CCSP are highly desirable.
- Networking certifications (e.g., CCIE Security) are a plus.

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
