**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Sourcing clients with home buying requirements
- Reaching out to the Real estate channel partners in the locality assigned to you to on
- board them through calls or through physical meetings.
- Increase our reach and awareness about the project among the channel partner community and on-board the interested CPs.
- Responsible for conducting meetings with interested CPs to persuade them and motivate them to actively engage in lead generation activity.
- Lookout for high performing CPs and do all the efforts within their limits to drive the CPs for lead generation.
- Coordination for site visits with prospective buyers and enables the deal closure.
- Addressing any queries, doubts of the CPs and prospective buyers to maintain a healthy and professional approach.
