Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Familiarity with legal procedures and regulations

**Profile introduction**:
As a Property Advisor specializing in land and plots, you'll be responsible for facilitating transactions related to land acquisitions, sales, and leasing. Your role will involve providing expert advice to clients regarding property investments, market trends, and legal regulations. You'll collaborate closely with property owners, developers, and potential buyers to ensure seamless transactions and optimal outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential land investment opportunities.
- Assist clients in evaluating properties, considering factors such as location, zoning regulations, and future development prospects.
- Negotiate terms and conditions for land transactions, including sales, leases, and joint ventures.
- Coordinate with legal professionals to ensure all transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire property transaction process.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities in the land and plot sector.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of successful property transactions and client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with legal procedures and regulations related to land acquisitions and sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and manage complex property transactions.
- Established network within the real estate industry, including developers, investors, and legal professionals.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
