**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- **Content Creation**:

- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and manage social media advertising.
- **SEO and SEM**:

- Implement and manage search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Plan and execute search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including Google Ads, and monitor their performance.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other platforms.
- Use data to make informed decisions and refine strategies.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments such as sales, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Track expenditures and ROI for digital marketing initiatives.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Develop strategies to engage and retain customers through personalized marketing efforts.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on digital channels.
- **Trend Monitoring**:

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
