We're now looking for a dynamic Digital Marketer who can wear two hats—**Execute real campaigns** and **train our students** in doing the same. If you love marketing and believe in teaching what you practice, this is your calling.

**Role Overview**

You will split your time between:

- Executing daily marketing campaigns for our agency and internal brands
- Delivering training and mentoring students in our academy (both classroom-based and hands-on)

This role is perfect for someone who is in the early stage of their marketing career but is confident enough to handle live projects and guide others in learning the same.

**Key ResponsibilitiesA. Digital Marketing Execution (50%)**
- Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Run and monitor Meta ads and Google Ads
- Create marketing performance reports and maintain daily logs
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to deliver campaigns on time
- Optimize campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Maintain content calendars and assist with brand communications

**B. Training & Mentoring (50%)**
- Deliver beginner to intermediate level digital marketing classes (curriculum will be provided)
- Help students work on their practical assignments and portfolio projects
- Conduct live demo sessions on tools like Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.
- Assist students in clearing doubts, especially in practical implementation
- Evaluate student work and provide constructive feedback
- Keep up-to-date with current trends to add value to sessions

**You’re a Great Fit If You**:

- Have **1-2 years of experience** in digital marketing (internships and freelancing included)
- Are confident in explaining core marketing concepts to others
- Have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, and Canva
- Understand how to teach and simplify complex things for beginners
- Are comfortable speaking in front of a group and have a positive, approachable attitude
- Want to grow not just as a marketer but also as a team leader and mentor
- Are detail-oriented, reliable, and open to continuous learning

**Tools You Must Know**
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads (basic level)
- Canva
- Google Sheets/Docs
- Instagram Reels, Stories, and Post Management
- WhatsApp Business or CRM tools like Wati or Zoko (preferred, not mandatory)
