TechCadd Computer Education is a leading company dedicated to provide training to young generation. We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team and help us leverage data-driven insights to achieve our objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Course Design and Content Creation**: Develop curriculum and training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments, aligned with industry best practices.
- **Training Delivery**: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars on digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
- **Hands-On Training**: Provide students with practical experience in using popular digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and other industry-standard platforms.
- **Assessment and Feedback**: Assess students' progress through quizzes, assignments, and projects, offering constructive feedback to enhance their learning.
- **Staying Updated**: Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates to ensure training content remains relevant.
- **Mentoring and Guidance**: Offer career guidance, share industry insights, and mentor students to help them excel in their digital marketing careers.
- **Evaluation and Improvement**: Collect feedback from students to improve course content, delivery methods, and materials continuously.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; certifications in digital marketing (such as Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot) are a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and in-depth industry knowledge.
- **Training Experience**: Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or coach in digital marketing is preferred.
- **Communication and Presentation Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand way.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data and metrics, teaching students how to draw insights from analytics to make informed marketing decisions.
- **Patience and Adaptability**: Strong mentoring skills, with patience and adaptability to teach students of varying experience levels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
