**Key Responsibilities**

**Quality Control & Testing**
- Inspect and test incoming raw materials (milk, cream, sugar, stabilizers, flavors, packaging).
- Perform in-process checks (pasteurization, homogenization, overrun, freezing parameters).
- Conduct finished product testing (fat %, SNF, microbial load, melting resistance, packaging integrity).

**Compliance & Documentation**
- Maintain proper records for HACCP, GMP, and FSSC audits.
- Ensure product traceability from raw material to finished goods.
- Support external audits (FSSAI, BIS, customer).

**Hygiene & Safety**
- Monitor personal hygiene of operators and floor sanitation.
- Conduct swab tests and environmental monitoring.
- Ensure corrective action for non-conformities.

**Coordination**
- Work closely with production supervisors to enforce quality SOPs.
- Liaise with cold room incharge and maintenance teams during quality-critical issues.
- Report daily quality results to Quality Incharge/Manager.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹330,000.00 per year
