**Key Responsibilities**
- **Attendance Management**:
- Maintain attendance registers and leave records.
- Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll.
- **Billing & Accounts Support**:
- Prepare bills, invoices, and vouchers.
- Assist accounts team with data entry and reconciliation.
- **Excel & Data Entry**:
- Prepare reports, statements, and summaries in MS Excel.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
- **Typing & Documentation**:
- Draft and type letters, notices, and reports in **English and Tamil**.
- Maintain accurate and well-formatted office documents.
- **File & Record Control**:
- Maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
- Handle scanning, photocopying, and courier tasks.
- **General Office Support**:

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
