**Urgent Hiring for UI / UX Designer**

Location:

- Kolkata, Jyangra

**Responsibilities**:
**1.** **User Research & Analysis**: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points. Analyze research data to identify key insights and opportunities.

**2.** **Information Architecture & Wireframing**: Develop clear and logical information architecture, user flows, and wireframes to define the structure and functionality of our digital products.

**3*.**Prototyping*: Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes to ejectively communicate design concepts and interactions. Iterate on prototypes based on feedback and testing results.

**4*.**Visual Design*: Develop visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and accessibility standards. Create UI elements, style guides, and design specifications.

**5*.**Interaction Design*: Define and document user interactions and micro interactions to enhance usability and engagement.

**6. Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with product strategy. EƯectively communicate design rationale and present design solutions.

**7. Usability Testing & Iteration**: Plan, conduct, and analyze usability testing sessions. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data to continuously improve the user experience.

**8. Staying Current**: Keep abreast of the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance design skills and knowledge.

**9. Design Systems**: Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of our design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across all products.

**10. Documentation**: Create and maintain design documentation, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.

**Requirements: -**
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, or any specification.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Understanding of basic front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Experience designing for specific industries (e.g., e-commerce, SaaS, healthcare).
- Experience with data visualization principles.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
