**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create visually appealing UI designs while ensuring a seamless UX.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
- Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines and best practices.
- Optimize app designs based on user behaviour and analytics data.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on mobile & web apps (not website)
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of mobile design principles (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines).
- Experience in prototyping tools and creating interactive mock-ups.
- Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Ability to collaborate with developers and product teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app designs.

Pay: ₹10,614.66 - ₹50,000.00 per month
