We are looking for Store Executive

**Location -** Waryana, Kapurthala Road Jalandhar

**Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials (metals, alloys), dies, tools, and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems or inventory management software.
- Conduct periodic stock audits to ensure mínimal discrepancies.
- **Material Handling**:

- Ensure timely issue and receipt of raw materials and tools based on production schedules.
- Coordinate with procurement and quality teams to ensure material availability and compliance with quality standards.
- Safeguard materials from damage or theft by ensuring proper storage and handling practices.
- **Coordination with Departments**:

- Work closely with production, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure materials are available as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for on-time delivery and returns, if necessary.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials, including GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) and issue slips.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory status, consumption, and stock levels.
- Monitor and record inventory KPIs such as turnover ratios and wastage.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols for storing and handling materials in the forging industry.
- Comply with legal and regulatory standards related to hazardous materials, storage, and transportation.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for improving inventory accuracy, minimizing wastage, and optimizing storage space.
- Suggest process enhancements to align with lean manufacturing principles.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Security: 1 year (preferred)
- Store Executive: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
