**About the Company**

**About the role**:
We are looking for a Store Executive to join our Store Management team. In this role, you will manage incoming stock, handle materials, and ensure efficient storage and movement of inventory while implementing strategies like Maxima/Minima, FIFO, LIFO, ABC & XYZ Analysis, and SKU management to optimize operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming stock, ensuring proper documentation, inspection, and storage.
- Organize and store materials for easy access and timely availability.
- Verify Purchase Orders (POs) and vendor invoices for accuracy.
- Accurately record received materials in the system to maintain inventory levels.
- Collaborate with Production and Purchase teams to ensure material availability.
- Assist in stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
- Perform ABC and XYZ analysis for inventory optimization.
- Maintain maximum and minimum stock levels to prevent overstock and stock outs.
- Track and manage Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) for inventory accuracy.
- Implement 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) principles to maintain organized and efficient storage.
- Contribute to Kaizen (continuous improvement) initiatives for better store operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

**About you**:

- Previous experience in store management, inventory control, or material handling.
- Knowledge of Maxima/Minima, FIFO, LIFO, ABC & XYZ analysis, and SKU management, 5S and Kaizen processes.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management software.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
