Key Responsibilities:

- **Affiliate Recruitment and Management**:Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new affiliate partners, while also nurturing existing relationships.
- **Relationship Management**:Building and maintaining strong, productive relationships with affiliates, providing support, and ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines.
- **Performance Analysis**:Monitoring, tracking, and analyzing affiliate program performance using key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- **Commission Structure and Negotiation**:Developing and negotiating commission structures and incentive programs with affiliates, ensuring they are mutually beneficial.
- **Promotional Material Creation**:Creating and distributing marketing materials like banners, links, and other resources to support affiliates in their promotional efforts.
- **Campaign Management**:Overseeing and managing affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.
- **Staying Up-to-Date**:Keeping abreast of the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing to ensure the program remains competitive and effective.

**Required Skills**:

- **Strategic Thinking**:Ability to develop and implement effective affiliate marketing strategies.
- **Communication and Negotiation**:Strong communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with affiliates and negotiating favorable deals.
- **Data Analysis**:Proficiency in analyzing data to track performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns.
- **Digital Marketing Knowledge**:Understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
- **Content Creation**:Ability to create engaging content, such as blog posts or social media updates, to support affiliate marketing efforts.
- **Project Management**:Managing multiple campaigns and tasks effectively to ensure timely and successful execution.

Pay: ₹20,086.00 - ₹40,642.03 per month
