**Job Description: Social Media Intern**

**Position Title**:Social Media Intern**

**Location**: Pune

**Department**: Digital Marketing

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee daily social media activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitors to optimize content strategy.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages to foster relationships.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of current social media trends and content formats.
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
- Creativity and ability to develop engaging multimedia content.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Freshers can also apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
