**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**UI/UX Design**:
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups based on client needs and business goals.

**User Research & Analysis**:
Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to guide design decisions.

Develop personas, journey maps, and user flows to ensure the design meets user needs.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of the design with functionality.

Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and brainstorming sessions to align with project goals.

**Design Tools & Software**:
Utilize design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar platforms to create designs.

Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to create modern, user-friendly interfaces.

**Testing and Iteration**:
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.

Ensure that final products are consistent, user-friendly, and meet the brand’s vision.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a UI/UX Designer.

Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms.

User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.

Wireframing and Prototyping: Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.

Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
