**Position**: Trader/ Retail Merchandiser/ Retail Planner
**Location**: Gurgaon

**Must have experience toward stock allocation to stores, inventory control, stock replenishment, etc**

**Job Purpose**:

- To allocate specific product ranges/departments to stores/digital channels, maximizing the full sales potential.
- To identify sales opportunities and minimize the effects of slow merchandise through analysis of Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Effectively communicating to Retail/digital teams highlighting opportunities to drive sales and influencing agreed departmental layout.
- To focus on delivering excellent standards of allocation using systems and best practices.

**Key accountabilities and measures**:

- Allocating goods to stores/ digital channels to meet departmental sales and stock targets.
- Input stroke introductory and minimum build quantities in SAP for replenishments (working within the department stock targets).
- Monitoring stock position and maintain stock norm through weekly report.
- Maximizing sales and sell through across channels.
- Analyzing sales to provide reports and proposals for driving future sales.
- Reviewing the size-wise availability of the catalogue and take required actions.
- Ensuring product listing across digital channels as per catalogue
- Ensuring best use of available merchandise in line with sales trends.
- Analyzing sales ratios against buying and actual intake ratios to optimize ratio availability; share feedback on sales ratio to influence future orders.
- Maintaining effective and positive communication with all stakeholders.
- Ensuring effective two-way communication within the merchandising and buying team.
- Exploit new systems and processes to optimize business.
- Sharing and implementing best practice of allocations and providing support for other allocators and departments.

**Education and Work Experience**:

- Graduate in Fashion Management/Retail
- 2-6 years of experience in Trading/Merchandising
- Proficient of MS-Office
- Good understanding of SAP
