- Profile Brief**Planning for Production**:

- 1. TNA - creating and updating weekly and share with the respective team member.
- 2. Assigning and coordinating with team for weekly task - Pre-production sample, Bulk production & dispatch.- 3. Judging & deciding appropriate vendor & supplier for bulk production.**Execution of production:

- **

1. Material order (ordering for Bulk production).- 2. Insure control & execution for timely delivery of job work at semi finish (cutting, embroidery, etc.) and finish stage.- 3. Control & execution of final fabrication.**Price negotiation**:

- Inviting multiple quotes; reviewing approval sample; negotiating final price to meet target.**Vendor/ Supplier management**
- 1. Interaction with supplier from pre-production sample to bulk production.
- 2. Follow-up at different stages of production for approval.
- 3. Insuring timely payment of vendor.- 4. Introduction of new vendor & supplier.- 5. Documentation of bulk BOM creation, Purchase order, Good issuing (Job order) & receipt note, billing and Quality check report.**Quality Control**: Controlling quality on all stages (Quality check of material, Process & Final product.)- Proven working experience in merchandising
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
- Anyone who is good in co-ordination & negotiations.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening, presentation and decision making skills
- Commercial acumen and the ability to “decode” customers
