**Key Responsibilities**:

- Designing and implementing UPSC coaching programs.
- Providing individualized coaching and mentoring to students.
- Assessing the strengths and weaknesses of each student and creating a personalized study plan.
- Conducting regular assessments and tests to track student progress and clearing their doubts.
- Providing feedback and guidance to students after correcting their mains practice answer sheets to improve their performance.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest UPSC exam trends and changes.
- Creating and delivering UPSC level Prelims and Mains practice questions for students.
- Building a rapport with students to motivate them towards success.
- Collaborating with the coaching institute's management team to develop and implement coaching strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Should have cleared Mains Examination at least once.
- Excellent knowledge of UPSC exam patterns and syllabus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Good time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
