**Responsibilities**

**Teaching**:

- Develop and deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in their area of specialization within Management, Commerce, Business Law, Finance and Accountancy
- Relate the teaching content to curriculum of relevant national and global professional bodies and to recent trends within the domain
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative teaching methods and curriculum.
- Supervise graduate students and mentor them in their research and professional development.

**Research**:

- Conduct high-quality research in their area of specialization, publishing findings in top-tier academic journals.
- Secure external funding for research projects.
- Collaborate with faculty members and industry partners on research initiatives.

**Service**:

- Serve on faculty committees and contribute to the college's governance and administration.
- Engage in service to the academic community, such as peer reviewing, conference presentations, and editorial board membership.
- Participate in outreach activities to promote the college and its programs.

**Qualifications**
- **Terminal Degree**: A Master’s degree with PhD in a relevant field within the realm of Commerce and Management from a reputable university.
- **Research Experience**: Scholarly publications in top-tier academic journals.
- **Teaching Experience**: Successful experience teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in their area of specialization.
- **Interdisciplinary Knowledge**: A strong understanding of related fields within Commerce, Management, Finance and Accountancy.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively teach and present research findings.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students from diverse backgrounds.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Professional qualifications like CA, ICWAI, CS etc will be an added advantage.
- Experience teaching in a multicultural environment.
- Knowledge on securing external funding for research.
- Experience serving as a faculty advisor or mentor for graduate students.
- A demonstrated commitment to service to the academic community.
- Experience in academic administration and documentation
