Your primary responsibility will include developing personalized financial plans, managing portfolios and providing expert advice on various financial matters, such as taxes, insurance and risk management.
- To handle designated areas and keep focus on prevailing market and target achievement.
- Identify market potential and develop, expand and increase the sale.
- Reviewing client financial records, credit histories, and employment information to determine prospect clients.
- Offering personalized financial advice and a range of service, from investment management to estate planning, tax strategies and retirement planning.

**A) Client Relationship Management**:

- Understand client needs, their financial goal, risk tolerance, time horizon and any special financial circumstances.
- Building long-term interpersonal relationships with clients.
- Regularly update on Client portfolio performance, financial planning progress and any changes in market conditions that may affect their wealth, also proactively discuss any adjustments needed to the financial plan.

B) **Financial Planning**
- Understand the Goal-based financial planning requirement of Clients
- Analyze client income and expenditure to help them guide them to optimize cash flow and develop sustainable budgets
- Assisting clients with managing and restructuring debt, ensuring that it aligns with their overall financial strategy.
- Identifying potential financial risk and recommended / assist appropriate insurance and other solutions to mitigate those risks with complete market survey report.

**C) Market Research & Development**
- Staying updated with market trends, economic developments and regulatory changes to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of investments, tax laws and other financial advice.
- Monitor and review investment performance, conducting periodic portfolio rebalancing to align with client’s objective.
- Use NJ platform or superior help within organization to identify the best products available, current updates of market, to solve customer queries more effectively.

**D) Coordination and Process with Back Office**
- Ensuring that all necessary documents are collected and submitted.
- Facilitating the investment process by ensuring all necessary information is available and accurate.

**E) Sales Target**
- Regularly review the target vs. achievement and strictly adhere to the sales target.
- Aline your target with the business objective.
- Prepare segment wise target for different product lines and work on that to achieve the same.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
