**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precise components according to engineering specifications related to precision agriculture technologies.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine setup requirements and machining processes.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance, making adjustments as necessary to maintain high-quality output.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications and tolerances.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and company policies.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineers and team members to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience as a CNC Milling Operator or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment related to agriculture or technology.
- Proficiency in operating CNC milling machines and familiarity with G-code programming.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.
