Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
CNC Milling Operation:
1. Operate CNC milling machines (vertical/horizontal) to produce precision parts.

2. Load and unload materials, tools, and fixtures.

3. Monitor machine performance, adjust parameters, and troubleshoot issues.

4. Maintain production quality, accuracy, and efficiency.

Setting:
1. Set up CNC milling machines, including tooling, fixtures, and programs.

2. Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

3. Plan and optimize machining processes.

4. Ensure machine calibration and maintenance.

Additional Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with production planning and quality teams.

2. Implement safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.

3. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

4. Train junior operators and share knowledge.

**Requirements**:
1. ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

2. 3-8 years of experience in CNC milling operation and setting.

3. Proficient in CNC programming (G-code, M-code).

4. Familiarity with CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain).

5. Experience with machining processes (milling, turning, grinding).

6. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Desirable Skills:
1. Knowledge of CAD/CAM software.

2. Experience with quality control tools (calipers, micrometers).

3. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.

4. Certification in CNC programming or machining.
