Formulation and development of new perfumery products, Cosmetics, fragrances, essential oils, flavours and aroma chemicals.
- Performed variety of test for product characterization including Gas Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry, Viscosity, optical rotation, refractive index, specific gravity, flash point, acid value, UV spectrophotometry, Titration, TDS value, ph, moisture content, ash content etc.
- Formulations and development of personal care, skincare, haircare, including their core development with understanding compositions of different notes in Perfume, Flavours and essential oils.
- Experience with the following Instruments and Programs: GC, GCMS, HPLC, IPC, UV Spectrophotometer, Brookfield-VM, with software i.e. Open Lab cds, MSD chemstation, Masshunter, Lab solutions etc.
- Review and Update Laboratory Procedures as required maintaining ISO 9001:2000 Certification, GMP, Halal, MSME and Kosher.
- High degree of sample multitasking to make FMCG products to do required changes in Process of R&D to Production Department.
- Researched the market trend from new to existing products and assessed products with their customization within the given budget also meeting customer benchmarks.
- Responsibility on daily basis included Standard preparation, Instrument calibration, data handling, report generation, batch records, testing reports, samples management.
- Troubleshoot all types of analytical instruments internally to externally will also provide expertise in Production Department to look after someone and prepare reports for the same.
- Good Documentation practices of all types of certifications along with Process Verification of audit product inspection of supplier premises with the preparation certificate of C.O.A, M.S.D.S, IFRA, Allergen, Naturalness, calibration, stability etc.
- Perform HAZOP Study, Project costing, Corrosion Study, Safety Analysis and Observe Process Criticalities of Distillation and Extraction units in plant.
