**Responsibilities/KPIs**:

- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD and iterate as needed
- Cross-functional collaboration with teams to bring the designs to life
- Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are technically feasible and can be effectively implemented
- Ensure smooth design handoff using tools like Zeplin and Principle
- Test designs with real users and incorporate feedback to improve the overall user experience
- Stay up-to-date with UI/UX best practices and design trends
- Work closely with technologists to understand platform capabilities, ideate creative technology solutions and provide solid development guidance
- Create creatives including videos, posters, web layouts, Facebook Posts and Stories, Instagram Posts and Stories and more
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs.
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
- Research and develop new creative ideas to better the brand’s creative capabilities.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- 1+yrs of UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio of live projects, large portfolio's
- Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, or similar role
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, HCI, or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Zeplin, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Invision.
- Proficiency in UX Research, Interaction Designing, Wireframing (Low/ High Fidelity), Prototyping and Information Architecture
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts.
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.

**Salary**:Salary offered for this position is up to **INR 20,000 per month**.
