**Roles and Responsibilities**

Responsible for operations of Mix/SD/VBD/DBBP section and ensuring compliance related to SHE, Quality and compliance.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Actively participate in all improvement projects on EHS/QMS/OE front.

In aligned with technical executive in achieving the shift KPIs.

Compliance with all requirements by following guidelines provided by EHS

Interacts with adjacent sections - SD/VBD & QA sections

Filling of Finished product / Base product / Intermediate product into bulk drums as per process SOP

Receipt and dumping of Part B material within permissible timelines

Supporting field operator in manual cleaning of Dryer before and after CIP to capture leftover material

Follows the work-permit system in the area

Follows the change over protocol required in the area

Assists in preventive / breakdown maintenance of the spray dryer/vacuum band dryer/Mix section

Carries out pre-start up checks for the DBBP/Mix section

Assists Dryer Production Associate in taking Line clearance before and after the production runs & assist Dryer Production Associate in conducting integrity test of DBBP section

Carries out dumping operation of rework material as per SOP

Maintains cleanliness and hygiene in the area

Maintains all documents of DBBP/Mix section as per SOP requirement

Ensures 100% LLF compliance during Shifts

Opening & cleaning of all vent socks, dust collectors, chambers, tanks, lines, flexible, silos as and when required

To be an active member in team projects of respective SDWT

Actively involving in all sectional audits.

Preparation of Monthly reports from the section/Team.
