Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with students via phone calls to understand and address their educational requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to students regarding course selection, study materials, and academic goals.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive learning experience for students.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Job Details:

- Salary Disbursement: Fixed salary prior to 3 days of every month in the salary account.
- Leave Policy: 24 paid leaves + birthday leave.
- Shift Timing: Fixed shift timing

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
- Prior experience in counselling or education-related roles preferred but not mandatory.
- Passion for education and helping students achieve their academic goals.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
