Job description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized **Banking Documentation Associate** to manage and coordinate all banking-related documentation processes. This role is crucial in ensuring accuracy and compliance in all forms, agreements, and communications exchanged between our fintech platform and banking partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle the preparation, review, and submission of banking-related documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external bank representatives for documentation needs.
- Ensure all documents are complete, compliant, and submitted within required timelines.
- Maintain proper records and update documentation logs regularly.
- Assist in opening and managing corporate accounts, vendor payouts, and related KYC formalities.
- Address documentation discrepancies and follow up for resolutions.
- Stay up to date with compliance requirements and industry standards related to banking operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in banking documentation, operations, or a similar role (preferably in a fintech or financial services company).
- Strong understanding of banking processes, KYC norms, and documentation protocols.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic digital documentation tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in or with fintech companies.
- Familiarity with digital onboarding and payment gateway documentation processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
