About the role:
The Area Field Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Field Sales

Executives, setting goals and driving sales, building relationships with companies in the assigned

geography, and ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our software solutions.

This role involves extensive fieldwork, meeting clients at their construction sites, conducting

product demonstrations, and providing hands-on support to ensure clients maximize the use of

our software.

Responsibilities of the role:
1. Identify and target high-value SMB customers within the assigned geography

2. Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and customers to boost

business growth and brand visibility.

3. Conduct field visits to construction sites to promote and demonstrate our software

solutions.

4. Overlook end-to-end process, from product demos to collection of payments.

5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress.

6. Prepare regular reports for the Sales Manager on sales performance and market

feedback.

7. Motivate, monitor, and train new employees on company standards and procedures.

Ensure the team's daily tasks and performance to achieve goals and sales targets

within the designated timeline.

8. Attend Conferences/Networking events and training sessions to develop your

network and skillset.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 2-3 years of sales and customer-facing experience, preferably in the

construction or software industry.

3. Have experience of handling a team of 4+ sales professionals.

4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

5. Problem-solving and analytical skills.

6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

7. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

8. Valid driver’s license and must own a 2-wheeler

9. Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when necessary

10. Leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing sales teams.
