**About the Team & Business Line**:
Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Corporate Secretarial team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

**Your Role**:

- File corporate documents in document repository systems based on client instructions.
- Filing process includes document collection, renaming and storing in the central repository, updating trackers on a timely basis.
- Participate in all the training activities to gain knowledge of the processes.
- Preparation of standard documents.
- Facilitate the e-signing process of documents through DocuSign.
- Assist in completing bank account opening related forms.
- Perform and/ or monitor statutory filings/compliances with local authorities.
- Coordinate with colleagues and /or clients globally in order to gather information and/ or documentation required to carry out assignments.
- Ensure all tasks are completed within the set deadlines and KPI’s are on track.
- Take active interest and participate in local/global projects aimed at improving efficiencies and level of service to the client.
- Promptly identify and escalate issues to senior colleagues.

**About You**:

- You are a Graduate.
- You have practical knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word (essential).
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
- You are flexible, proactive, attentive to detail and a team player.
