**About the Team & Business Line**:
Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

**Your Role**:

- Assist in the provision of corporate secretarial services to clients based in foreign jurisdictions.
- Take ownership of Document management process including collection, renaming and storing of relevant documents in the central repository, updating trackers on a timely basis.
- Participate in knowledge transfer activities and ensure smooth and seamless transition to Pune office.
- Prepare legal documents for all stages of company lifecycle, i.e. from company incorporation through to dissolution, for clients worldwide in accordance to legal requirements with agreed deadlines.
- Prepare/ update Corporate structure charts of client structures serviced by Citco.
- Preparation of minutes of Board meetings/AGM/EGM.
- You will perform and/ or monitor statutory filings/compliances with local authorities.
- You will coordinate with business partners, clients and colleagues worldwide in order to gather information and/ or documentation required to carry out assignments.
- Ensure that all deadlines are met and KPI’s are in good shape.
- Escalate any issues in a timely manner.

**About You**:

- You are a Company Secretary(must) or have a degree in Law (preferred).
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken).You are flexible, proactive and attentive to details team player with excellent communication skills.
