Job Summary: The Hospital Field Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the hospital's services, increase brand awareness, and drive patient volume. They collaborate with internal departments, physicians, and external stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives that align with the hospital's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve the hospital's business objectives and growth targets.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, patient demographics, and competitive landscape.
Identify marketing opportunities and trends in the healthcare industry to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling messaging and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
Physician and Referral Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, specialists, and referring healthcare professionals to drive patient referrals.
Organize and coordinate events, conferences, and seminars to engage and educate the medical community.
Collaborate with physicians to develop joint marketing initiatives and referral programs.
Provide timely updates and reports on physician outreach and referral activities to the marketing management team.
Brand Management and Promotion: Ensure consistent and cohesive brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to raise awareness of the hospital's services and specialties.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and digital content.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and campaigns, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
Community Engagement and Public Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, associations, and local businesses to enhance the hospital's community presence.
Plan and execute community outreach programs, health fairs, and educational seminars to promote health and wellness initiatives.
Coordinate with the public relations team to manage media relations, press releases, and crisis communication strategies.
Seek opportunities for positive media coverage and act as a spokesperson for the hospital when required.
Digital Marketing and Online Presence: Manage the hospital's online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and online directories.
Track and analyze website traffic, user engagement, and online lead generation metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies in the healthcare industry.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the healthcare or hospital industry.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and patient acquisition strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using marketing software, digital analytics tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy considerations.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,530.53 per month
